My Favorite Quotes

"I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in (Muir, John, 1913)." www.quotegarden.com/nature.html
"How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains (Muir, John)." www.quotegarden.com/nature.html

"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves (Muir, John)." www.quotegarden.com/nature.html
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others (Williamson, Maryanne)." http://thinkexist.com/quotations/beauty/

"It's beauty that captures your attention; personality which captures your heart (Love Quote)." http://thinkexist.com/quotations/beauty/

"A person might be an expert in any field of knowledge or a master of many material skills and accomplishments. But without inner cleanliness his brain is a desert waste (Sai Baba, Sri Sathya)." http://thinkexist.com/quotes/with/keyword/desert/
"Every time you wake up and ask yourself, What good things am I going to do today?, remember that when the sun goes down at sunset, it will take a part of your life with it (Indian Proverb)." http://www.quoteland.com/topic.asp?CATEGORY_ID=616

"The sky broke like an egg into full sunset and the water caught fire (Hansford Johnson, Pamela)." http://www.quoteland.com/topic.asp?CATEGORY_ID=616

"Aim for the sky and you'll reach the ceiling. Aim for the ceiling and you'll stay on the floor (Shankly, Bill)." http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/keywords/sky.html

"Among men and women, those in love do not always announce themselves with declarations and vows. But they are the ones who weep when you're gone. Who miss you every single night, especially when the sky is so deep and beautiful, and the ground so very cold (Hoffman, Alice)." http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/keywords/sky.html

"Love is much like a wild rose, beautiful and calm, but willing to draw blood in its defense (Overby, Mark)."

Social Literacy

Every 3.6 seconds a person dies of hunger. 75% of them are children. Every day, nearly 16,000 children die from hunger related causes. Right now 1 in 6 people around the world don't have enough to eat. As some people have enough food to selfishly throw it away thirty million people die a year because they aren't so lucky. We have the power to save these people. Right now we have more than enough food in the world to feed the 1/6 of our population that is hungry. Instead of spending millions of dollars fighting in a war, destroying more lives I think we should be trying to solve this problem. We just need our world leaders to keep their word and commit to ending world hunger. Until then help make a difference go to http://www.theliteracysite.com/

Light in the darkness

My struggle through life.
This picture shows the struggle I am having trying to succeed in life. All the shadows are temptations and even though they might be easier to get to they will probably just lead me back to where I started just making it harder for me to reach the light. So I ignore all the temptation and struggle to get to the end because I know that there I can be promised happiness.

Find your Imagination

People can walk blindly through earths beautiful sceneries every day.

Finding hidden pathways leads you somewhere you would never imagine.

We might not appreciate the wonders of the world until they're gone.

As the sun comes up you can see the favorite colors of nature.
The sunrise illustrates the first thoughts of the day of earth's creator.
Noticing the details of earth shows you the secret it is hiding.
